Volker Herrmann founded SOLUTION Executive Search GmbH in 1999, and, together with his team, has developed it into a leading consultancy in its focus industry sectors. Today, his personal consultancy focus is on OTC/Consumer Healthcare and Construction/Skilled Craft groups, leading the recruiting process for executive and middle managment positions for leading international corporations and medium-size companies. Maximum commitment to his clients and candidates are a key personal success factor for him. Away from the office, Volker is a passionate sportsman, playing tennis and golf, and he is active on challenging ski-runs; he also enjoys attending international sporting events.
